Coach K is one of the best in the game. I had the good fortune to work with her in multiple settings as a colleague at City Hall and a consultant on community projects. Her ability to lead is unmatched. She has the gift to enter any situation and pinpoint what the challenge is and how to approach it. Kaletta made the difference in providing a successful virtual learning experience
During the pandemic, Kaletta made the difference in providing a successful virtual learning experience. Of course, during that time, providing a real time training was challenging but forging forward was necessary. As the training coordinator, I had to figure out how to make that happen. I made several calls, got many “I dunno” but grateful for “I think I can do this” from Kaletta. She was able to ACTIVELY listen and understand the mission that needed to be accomplished. We were able to PIVOT from an in-person (person centered) learning environment to the virtual space seamlessly because of her technical expertise. She accepted the challenge without hesitation and many of the protocols for virtual/hybrid learning were adopted and continue today.
